A fun and authentic experience! We learned every step of traditional mochi making - from pounding the rice to tasting the final result. The hosts were warm, patient, and very engaging. It was cultural, interactive, and delicious! I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience a genuine part of Japanese tradition.
