About This Event / イベントについて
道頓堀 屋台村 祭 is a year-round traditional performance series at the Dotonbori street food village, set canal-side in front of the GALA building. Local troupes perform taiko drumming, yosakoi dance, bon odori, and Awa Odori, mainly on weekend afternoons.
Visitors can watch freely, or join interactive workshops (¥1,000 participation fee) to try the rhythms and moves themselves. It fills the calendar gap between seasonal festivals with authentic, hands-on Japanese performing arts right on the Dotonbori canal.
道頓堀 屋台村 祭は、道頓堀の屋台村（GALA前・運河沿い）で通年開催される伝統パフォーマンスシリーズ。地元の団体が和太鼓・よさこい・盆踊り・阿波おどりを主に週末午後に披露します。
観覧は無料。体験型ワークショップ（参加費¥1,000）でリズムや振付を体験することも。季節の祭りと祭りの間を埋める、道頓堀の運河沿いで楽しめる本格的な日本の伝統芸能です。
